Privacy policy
Short and human: what I do with your data.
1. Controller
The data controller is Marcin Moska, an e-commerce consultant. Contact: marcin@marcinmoska.com, tel.704 254 437.
2. What data and why
The site collects data only when you send it yourself via the contact form, e-mail or phone:
- name and e-mail — to reply and schedule a call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract);
- store URL (optional) — to prepare for the call (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest: a well-informed reply).
No purchased lists, no profiling, no newsletter without separate consent.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is the chosen theme (light/dark) in localStorage — it is never sent to a server and does not identify you.
4. Recipients
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and form handling (servers in and outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses);
- e-mail delivery provider — to deliver form submissions to my inbox.
I do not sell or share data with anyone else unless required by law.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept until the matter is closed; if we start working together, for the period required by law (accounting, limitation periods). Enquiries that do not lead to a call are deleted after 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just e-mail marcin@marcinmoska.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw).
7. Changes
If anything changes (e.g. analytics is added), I will update this document and the date at the top.
